The Gaumukh Tapovan Trek is a soulful yet challenging adventure, taking you through the mystical landscapes of Uttarakhand’s Garhwal Himalayas. This trek is more than just a physical challenge—it’s a spiritual experience, leading you to Gaumukh, the origin of the Ganges, and Tapovan, an alpine meadow with breathtaking views of Mt. Shivling and Bhagirathi peaks.

Inclusions

Accommodation: 02 Nights Accommodation in Gangotri in Standard Hotel on triple sharing basis. 04 Nights Accommodation in trekking tents on triple sharing basis.

Meals: Basic Indian vegetarian meals starting with dinner on Day 01 and ending with breakfast on Day 06. Three meals a day will be provided as specified in the itinerary.

Trekking Guide: Certified Trekking Guide and Local Guide during the trek. Trekking Crew (Cooks & Helpers) included.

Permits and Permissions: All Trekking and Camping Permits and Permissions are included.

Local Transportation: Transportation from Dehradun to Dehradun as per the itinerary on public sharing vehicles.

Camping Equipment: All necessary camping equipment is provided, including: Sleeping Tents, Dining Tents, Kitchen Tents, Toilet Tents, Sleeping Bags (you may also carry your own sleeping bags as per your comfort), and Sleeping Mattress.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 21 days before the trip departure date: A 10 % deduction will be made covering GST, offerings, and services.The remaining 90 % could be issued in on - foot vouchers valid for 12 months

Cancellations 12 - 15 days before the trip departure date: A 30% deduction can be made covering GST, offerings, and services.The final 70% might be issued in trip vouchers valid for 1 year.

Cancellations 10 days before the trip departure date: A 50% deduction might be made covering GST, offerings, and services.The remaining 50% will be given in the shape of hiking vouchers, valid for 1 year.

Cancellations 1 - 7 days before the trip departure date: No refunds are available, as 100% of the charge will be deducted.This is because all of the plans would have already been fixed for your hike.

For payments made up to 16 days before the trip: Booking amount is compulsory. 50% payment is optional. 75% payment is optional. 100% payment is optional.
