Meals: 4 Breakfasts & 4 Dinners provided during the stay.

Transportation: Transport services by an exclusive vehicle as per the itinerary, including airport, railway station, and hotel pickup and drop-off at the end of the tour.

Expenses: Inclusive of all the Taxes (Parking, Toll Tax, Luxury Tax, Green Tax, Fuel Expenses, Driver Expenses, etc.), with assistance on arrival and check-in/check-out at 12 Noon.

Cancellations 21 days before the trip departure date: A 10 % deduction will be made covering GST, offerings, and services.The remaining 90 % could be issued in on - foot vouchers valid for 12 months

Cancellations 12 - 15 days before the trip departure date: A 30% deduction can be made covering GST, offerings, and services.The final 70% might be issued in trip vouchers valid for 1 year.

Cancellations 10 days before the trip departure date: A 50% deduction might be made covering GST, offerings, and services.The remaining 50% will be given in the shape of hiking vouchers, valid for 1 year.

Cancellations 1 - 7 days before the trip departure date: No refunds are available, as 100% of the charge will be deducted.This is because all of the plans would have already been fixed for your hike.
